Templates are aircraft-agnostic — if it has a fuselage, wings, cargo and a cockpit, Teuda already maps it. Bring your own zoning if you need to.

The problem
Field inspectors juggle phones full of unsorted photos, paper checklists that get lost between shifts, and PDFs that go stale before they reach the buyer. Reports arrive late, evidence disappears, and the next inspection starts from zero.
The fix
Teuda captures findings on the spot — with structured zones, photo annotations and priority categories — then assembles the deliverable for you. No manual report writing, no chasing files.

Native phone camera, annotated on-device
Team sync
Real-time updates across phones & desktops

What you get
Every feature exists because inspectors and engineers asked for it on a hangar floor.
Use cases we see today
Post-flight walk-arounds, routine condition reports, defect tracking. The output is a prioritised fix list handed to maintenance the same day.
Same workflow, different recipient — the report goes to a buyer or lessor through an expiring share link instead of internal engineering.
Findings, photos and annotations save to the device the moment you tap. Background sync handles the rest the second you have signal.
Two engineers, one aircraft. See live who else is on the inspection, what zone they are in, and what they just added.
Pre-built aviation taxonomy — External / Cargo / Internal — with subsections from LH Wing to AFT Galley. Custom templates per company.
Native phone camera (iOS and Android), then on-device markup with arrows and circles. Everything full resolution, nothing pre-compressed away.
PDF, Word and CSV exports built into the dashboard. Expiring share links so engineering — or an external buyer — can review findings without needing an account.
Every query, every storage path, every rule enforces company boundaries. Your data never touches another customer.
How it works
Pick the aircraft, choose the template (condition report, post-flight check, lease-return, pre-buy), invite the team. The structure populates itself.
Walk the aircraft. Photograph defects in-context, mark them with the priority category and zone, write the recommended action. Offline by default.
Finalise the inspection — engineers get a prioritised list of what needs fixing, with photos and zones, as a PDF, Word doc, or live link. Same workflow when the recipient is a buyer instead.
Built for the smallest screen first
The mobile view is optimised for one-thumb operation in the hangar — large tap targets, native camera, instant haptic feedback. The desktop view gives supervisors a real-time read on the entire fleet and one-click access to every report.

Recommended action
Ground aircraft. NDT inspection before next flight; replace fairing per AMM 27-11-04.
The deliverable
One PDF (or Word doc, or live link) with every finding sorted by priority, every photo with its annotation baked in, the zone reference, and the recommended action. No reformatting, no lost photos, no “can you resend page 4”.
Pricing
Flat monthly fee per company. Every plan includes unlimited inspections, unlimited photos and every export format — you only pay for the seats your team actually needs. Annual contracts available with up to 20% off.
For independent inspectors and small AMOs running a few inspections per month.
For maintenance organisations and inspection firms with a recurring caseload.
For airlines, lessors and continuing-airworthiness teams operating across regions.
FAQ
We put them here so you don’t have to book a call just to get an honest answer.
On an inspection that you have opened, yes — you can walk the aircraft with no connection, add findings, attach and annotate photos, and record notes. Everything queues on the device and syncs automatically the moment you are back online. For the best experience, open your inspections once while connected before heading into a hangar or onto the tarmac.
No, and that is deliberate. Teuda is a Progressive Web App — your team installs it from Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android in a few seconds. No App Store review, no MDM setup, no separate update cycle. It uses the phone’s native camera and feels like a native app once installed.
Yes. From any inspection you can generate a printable PDF report, a mechanic worksheet, a spreadsheet, or a ZIP of all the photos. A read-only public share link (30-day expiry) is also available for handing a report to a buyer, lessor or maintenance office. Bulk export of your whole workspace is available on request — no extra fee.
Yes. From the app, inspectors can remove individual findings and admins can delete an inspection that is still in progress. Completed inspections are protected from accidental deletion — email us and we permanently remove any inspection, or your entire account, within a few working days. We never sell or share customer data with anyone.
Data lives on established enterprise cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Every inspection, finding and photo is scoped to your company — nobody outside your workspace can see them. Enterprise customers can request a specific hosting region (for example EU-only). We share our security disclosure pack under NDA during procurement.
Only people you explicitly invite to your workspace — nobody else on your side, and nobody outside your company at all. Our engineering team accesses your data only when you ask us to help with a specific issue, and every such action is logged. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics on your inspection content.
The inspection is closed and further edits are blocked from the app. If something needs correcting, an admin in your company can re-open it. Every re-open, delete and role change is written to a company activity log that admins can review.
We designed the record-keeping around the same principles operators use for Part-145 and Part-M — structured findings, audit trail, photo evidence, prioritised actions. If you need a formal compliance mapping for procurement, tell us which paragraphs you are assessed against and we produce one before contract signing.
Yes. Out of the box you get an aircraft template covering external, cargo and internal zones with numbered subsections. Admins in your company can save their own zone tree and add custom templates for the aircraft types you actually inspect. Report branding and deeper workflow tailoring are set up together on Enterprise onboarding.
An admin generates an invite link from the users page and sends it to the person over your usual channel. They set their own password — no IT ticket, no provisioning email required.
That is the default path. Most teams start on Starter, add seats as inspectors come online, and move to Professional or Enterprise when they need more seats, more admins or dedicated support. We will not block you on a sales call when your usage outgrows a plan.

About
Teuda started as a tool for our own engineering team — after we lost one too many post-flight inspections to a phone’s missing photos folder and a paper checklist that never made it back to the office. The first users were the engineers walking the aircraft themselves.
Today it’s a focused product: one workspace from the walk-around to the fix list that lands on the maintenance desk. Same workflow scales out to pre-buy and lease-return inspections when teams need to share the report with a buyer. No bloated maintenance suite, no generic audit tool — just inspections, done well.
See Teuda on the same kind of inspection your team runs every week — whether that’s a post-flight walk-around for your own fleet or a pre-buy survey for a client. Demo takes 25 minutes; bring an inspector or engineer for a real-world test.
