Walk the aircraft, document every defect, and deliver a prioritized fix list before the day is done. Works offline by default.
Field inspectors juggle phones full of unsorted photos, paper checklists that get lost between shifts, and PDFs that go stale before they reach the stakeholders. Reports arrive late, evidence disappears, and the next inspection starts from zero.
Every feature exists because inspectors and engineers asked for it on a hangar floor.
Use cases we see today
Routine condition reports, ramp inspections, ARC physical inspections. The output is a prioritized fix list handed to maintenance on the same day.
Same workflow, different recipient — the report goes to a buyer or lessor through an expiring share link instead of internal engineering, as well as mandatory compliance audit templates.
Remarks, photos and annotations save to the device the moment you tap. Background sync handles the rest the second you have signal.
Multiple inspectors on multiple aircraft. Track who is working where, see new findings appear instantly and keep every inspection in sync in real time.
Pre-built aviation taxonomy — External / Cargo / Internal — with subsections from LH Wing to AFT Galley. Custom templates per company.
Native phone camera (iOS and Android), then on-device markup with arrows and circles. Everything full resolution, nothing pre-compressed away.
PDF, Word and CSV exports built into the dashboard. Expiring share links let engineering — or an external buyer — review remarks without an account.
Every query, every storage path, every rule enforces company boundaries. Your data never touches another customer.
Pick the aircraft, choose a template (condition report, post-flight check, lease-return or pre-buy) and invite the team. The structure populates itself.
Walk the aircraft. Photograph defects in context, mark them with the priority category and zone, and write the recommended action. Offline by default.
Finalise the inspection — engineers get a prioritised list of what needs fixing with photos and zones as a PDF, Word doc or live link. Same workflow when the recipient is a buyer instead.
Built for the smallest screen first
The mobile view is optimized for one-thumb operation in the inspection site — large tap targets, native camera, instant haptic feedback. The desktop view gives supervisors a real-time read on the entire fleet and one-click access to every report.

Working with our first customers. We're intentionally shaping plans one team at a time right now, so pricing reflects how you actually run inspections — not a generic tier. Book a demo and we'll build a plan around your team's size and caseload together.
We put them here so you don’t have to book a call just to get an honest answer.
On an inspection that you have opened, yes — you can walk the aircraft with no connection, add findings, attach and annotate photos, and record notes. Everything queues on the device and syncs automatically the moment you are back online. For the best experience, open your inspections once while connected before heading into a hangar or onto the tarmac.
No, and that is deliberate. Teuda is a Progressive Web App — your team installs it from Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android in a few seconds. No App Store review, no MDM setup, no separate update cycle. It uses the phone’s native camera and feels like a native app once installed.
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited inspections, unlimited photos, PDF and Word exports, plus spreadsheets and photo ZIPs. Share links are included on all plans — Starter uses a 7-day expiry. On Professional and Enterprise we align branded PDF reports and share-link handling with how you hand reports to buyers, lessors or maintenance. Bulk export of your whole workspace is available on request — no extra fee.
Yes. From the app, inspectors can remove individual remarks and admins can delete an inspection that is still in progress. Completed inspections are protected from accidental deletion — email us and we permanently remove any inspection, or your entire account, within a few working days. We never sell or share customer data with anyone.
Data lives on established enterprise cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Every inspection, remark and photo is scoped to your company — nobody outside your workspace can see them. Enterprise includes region-specific data hosting where required. We share our security disclosure pack under NDA during procurement.
Only people you explicitly invite to your workspace — nobody else on your side, and nobody outside your company at all. Professional and Enterprise include role permissions and an action log so admins can see who changed what. Enterprise adds SSO and advanced role permissions. Our engineering team accesses your data only when you ask us to help with a specific issue, and every such action is logged. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics on your inspection content.
The inspection is closed and further edits are blocked from the app. If something needs correcting, an admin in your company can re-open it. Every re-open, delete and role change is written to a company activity log that admins can review — included on Professional and Enterprise.
Starter includes one tailored inspection template (unlimited use) and one one-time customization to match how you work. Professional adds up to five tailored templates and ongoing customization as your workflow evolves, plus branded PDF reports. Enterprise covers unlimited templates and fully custom workflows, fields and integrations — set up together during onboarding.
An admin generates an invite link from the users page and sends it to the person over your usual channel. They set their own password — no IT ticket, no provisioning email required.
Confirmed bugs on our side are always treated as urgent — on every plan. What scales with plan level is how fast we adapt the product to new requests — wording changes, new fields and workflow tweaks. Starter includes standard support; Professional adds priority support with faster response and more room to adapt; Enterprise adds a dedicated success engineer and fast turnaround on workflow changes.
That is the usual path. Starter fits up to three inspector seats; Professional scales to fifteen; Enterprise is unlimited seats with custom terms. We are shaping plans closely with our first customers right now — book a demo and we will build a plan around your team size and caseload together.
Still have questions? Bring them to the demo.
Teuda started as a tool for our own inspection team because the inspection wasn't the problem — the reporting was. Hours were spent uploading photos, matching them to aircraft zones, chasing missing information and recreating findings from memory. We built Teuda to capture everything correctly the first time, while standing at the aircraft.
No bloated maintenance suite, no generic audit tool — just inspections, done well.
See Teuda on the same kind of inspection your team runs every week — whether that’s a post-flight walk-around for your own fleet or a pre-buy survey for a client. Demo takes 25 minutes — bring an inspector or engineer for a real-world test.
